About The Role

Due to growth within the team, a vacancy has arisen for a Compliance Manager. The role will be covering Hygiene, GMP and Factory Floor Standards.


The successful candidate must have outstanding communication skills and have experience of leading and developing teams as well as having a minimum of 2 years’ experience.


Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day. Times to be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the site’s Food Safety & Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with BRCGS requirements, customer standards, and relevant food legislation.

  • Lead and coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
