Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory adherence, internal policy implementation, and compliance governance across business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk controls, and audit preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and other governing bodies.
Develop, update, and implement internal compliance policies and SOPs.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps, risks, and irregularities.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits with documentation and process clarity.
Review customer onboarding and lending processes to ensure compliance standards.
