GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tax reporting and filing in accordance with national and local tax regulations. This role involves preparing tax returns, monitoring tax payments, managing compliance with select government agencies (e.g., BIR and SEC), and supporting internal and external audits. The Compliance Manager also provides tax planning advice and supports management in minimizing tax risks and optimizing tax efficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
1. Ensures compliance with all governing and regulatory bodies of all CLFG units.
2. Prepare and review corporate income tax returns, VAT/GST filings, withholding tax, and other regulatory tax filings
