JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Compliance Manager supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO in implementing and maintaining the Company’s Compliance Framework across all UK entities.
This role provides day-to-day leadership of the Compliance function, acting as the primary operational lead for compliance oversight activities, intermediary oversight, compliance monitoring, and regulatory implementation. The Senior Compliance Manager will deputise for the Head of Compliance when appropriate and ensure the effective delivery of compliance initiatives throughout the business.
The position operates on a hybrid basis (two days remote working), combining strategic oversight with operational leadership. Regular travel across the UK is required to support Regional Compliance Managers, conduct compliance reviews, engage with business stakeholders and...
