This Job Role addresses the following activities
- IT and Cybersecurity Risk Management (CRM), including risk assessment, risk mitigation and ongoing risk monitoring & reporting.
- Cybersecurity Architecture definition, risk reviews, and recommendations/approval.
- Cybersecurity policy/ process creation, reviews, and consistent control enforcement.
Job Accountabilities
- Service request and Incident handling for Reliance Cyber Security Team
- Creating service tickets.
- Creating Security Assessment tasks on portal as per SOP
- Ensuring Compliance status of assessments before giving Go Ahead as per Lead Review
- SLA monitoring for tickets
- Assigning the tickets to responsible person or team as per assessment requirements.
- Preparing the service request reports on daily basis including the SLA breach reports.
- Alerting team on timely closure of service request to maintain the SLA.
