Compliance Counsel

On behalf of a world-renowned technology company, Huawei, We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Counsel to support the company’s compliance functions in Singapore and relevant business regions This role will be responsible for interpreting external laws and regulations, providing practical compliance recommendations, reviewing contracts and-related documents, and advising on compliance clauses involving trade compliance, financial compliance, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and other regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with business, finance, legal, procurement and project teams to identify compliance risks and support effective risk management across business operations.
