Compliance Coordinator

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Compliance Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established outpatient physical therapy practice located in Philadelphia. This role is critical to ensuring clinical, regulatory, and operational compliance across the organization while supporting therapists and leadership with training, documentation standards, audits, and safety oversight.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance and physical therapy operations who enjoys structure, documentation, education, and follow-through—and who can proactively manage compliance requirements before issues arise.
