Job Description

Education and work experience:

Higher education (University degree or higher) in Law or in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in the specialist positions as per speciality including 3 years of work experience in managerial positions.

Main functions:

  • Assist in roll-out, run and maintain the KPO Ethics & Compliance Program;
  • Advice the management and the staff of KPO on compliance issues;
  • Assist in carrying out post-investigation consequence management actions.
  • Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Legislation of RoK; 
  • Basics of personnel management, psychological aspects of communication; 
  • goals, strategy of development of the Company; speciality and peculiarities of Company’s organizational structure; 
  • Grievances Handling Procedure;
