Job Description
Purpose of Position
Support the NetJets Compliance Monitoring Programme, leading internal and external audits to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft and to ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with legal and company requirements. Support a culture of continuous improvement in NetJets safety performance, compliance, and customer service.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with EU, ANAC, CAA or other applicable regulations, NetJets internal requirements and IS-BAO or other applicable standards;
Manage the follow-up process of reported findings to ensure proper and timely implementation of required corrective action plans to address the reported findings and their specific root causes;
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance throughout NetJets' operations;
Provide regular support and feedback to the management team on management system performance and compliance;
