Overview

The Project Compliance Specialist provides strategic and technical compliance support exclusively. The support involves securing and maintaining vital permits and licenses, monitoring filings and submission to regulatory bodies, managing commercial contracts (AS, BCQ, PSA, ESA) and assisting in resolving legal and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and maintain vital permits and licenses, monitor filings and submissions to regulatory bodies, manage commercial contracts (AS, BCQ, PSA, ESA) and assist in resolving legal and compliance issues.

Qualifications

  • Professional: More than 2 years performing legal and/or compliance related work, preferably in the power industry
  • Leadership Experience: none required
  • Project Experience: Preferred but none required
  • College graduate; law degree or engineering degree preferred but not required
