We are a growing behavioral health private practice in North Carolina seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Specialist to support our mission of delivering safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. This is a part-time or as-needed role, ideal for a professional with healthcare compliance, accreditation, and quality improvement experience.
In this role, you'll oversee accreditation readiness, monitor quality metrics, train staff, and collaborate with leadership to ensure that policies, practices, and programs meet the highest standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, compliant environment while supporting evidence-based care and operational excellence.
