At Matchbook, our Compliance Analysts are responsible for monitoring customer activity, ensuring Anti-Money Laundering, Responsible Gambling and Know Your Customer policies are achieved at Operational level. 

There is a strong sense of responsibility to protect the customers and the company from inherent risk caused by fraud and error whilst ensuring the company's ability to transact smoothly.

Particular emphasis in the role is to support customers that show signs and behaviours associated with problem gambling.

Reporting to the Compliance Operations Manager, the role will conduct day-to-day monitoring and identification of customers, ensuring speedy escalation when high levels of risk are identified.
