Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Management  Participate in the annual, quarterly and monthly Balance Sheet analysis process  Management reporting & support  Monthly analyzing the Companies Working Capital  Work with the SOX team to meet the reporting timetables and responsibilities  Prepare variance analysis for balance sheet, review the reconciliation between respective countries books and Reporting books. Review monthly Debtors ageing reports, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Revenue for Hogarth and its Joint Ventures.  Comprehensive commentary for management review, covering variances and arising trends  Ad hoc Risk and Compliance tasks as required   Accounting & Controls  As required, work with management to establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company assets and operations  Reconciliations and review of balance sheet accounts for accuracy, with commentary / explanations where necessary  Ensure SOX compliance across all control and oversee SOX audits  Assist in ...
