We rotate around the integrated core of strategy and execution across business, technology, and organization – where architecture must hold under real-world torque.
We are now expanding our Gear 2 network of senior architects along four modes of operation:
Governance Architects – designing decision rights, prioritization, and coherence in complex organizations
Transformation Architects – architecting large-scale change across portfolios and value streams
Delivery Architects – shaping architecture in motion inside concrete projects
Digital Systems Architects – stewarding long-term digital coherence and optionality
