Job Overview

As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages. You will be expected to travel up to 50 miles and deliver high-quality, person‑centred care tailored to their individual needs. You will support clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and overall well‑being. The role involves travelling between client locations, working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams, and building positive relationships through reliable, compassionate, and professional support.
