Complex Care Assistant

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a female Complex Care Assistant to support a young child with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistency, comfort, and positive experiences, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Main duties of the job

The Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and clinical care, including gastrostomy care, medication administration, oral and deep suctioning, chest physiotherapy, non‑invasive ventilation, pressure area care, and seizure management. They will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment, build positive relationships with the child and family, and follow individualized care plans and clinical guidance.
