- Croydon
- Lewisham
- Greenwich
- Mitcham
As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages. You will be expected to travel up to 50 miles. This position offers the opportunity to build familiarity and trust with service users while delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
You will support clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
