    • Job Description:

  • Lead the complete design and development of automotive seating systems, including seat structures, mechanisms (recliners, adjusters, etc.), trim covers, comfort systems (foam, heating, ventilation), and safety features (head restraints, seat belts integration).

  • Develop and manage the complete seat Bill of Materials (BOM).

  • Generate and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using relevant software (e.g., CATIA V5/V6, NX).

  • Conduct feasibility studies, packaging analysis, and tolerance stack-ups to ensure design viability and manufacturability.
