We are looking for a Complaints Management Officer to join our team in Athens. The role will be responsible for ensuring quality service in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures. Reporting to the Complaints & Requests Manager this role has the following responsibilities for serviced portfolios:

  • Manage all customer communication channels (email, letter and phone);
