Position Overview

The Maintenance & Critical Response (MCR) Team is a specialised, in-house engineering organisation designed to provide rapid response, advanced troubleshooting, and self-perform maintenance for mission-critical systems across the data centre portfolio.

The Charge Man / Licensed Engineer is responsible for overseeing and performing electrical maintenance tasks requiring professional certification. This includes safe switching, isolation, troubleshooting, and repair of critical systems, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical switching, isolation, and testing in accordance with licensing requirements and safety standards.

• Diagnose faults and conduct repair works on LV/MV switchgear, UPS, generators, etc.

• Assist in developing MOPs and SOPs for electrical maintenance.
