Job Description

Department/Division: Human Resources Location: On-Site (Stratford, ON) / Hybrid Overview Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Compensation and Total Rewards Consultant is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Corporation’s total rewards framework, including compensation, job evaluation, and pay equity. This role operates as a subject matter expert and working lead, providing hands‑on delivery of key programs while establishing structure, consistency, and governance across the organization’s compensation practices. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and corporate policies.
