Responsibilities
:
Responsible for executing our annual compensation plans and processes including salary, bonus, incentive plans and our employee Total Value Statement, in our HRIS in collaboration with Business HR leads. Support the Business HR Teams with recruitment and talent management activities as it relates to compensation. HRIS Compensation module troubleshooting and resolving system issues as required, testing for quarterly upgrades, new features etc.Work with vendors and strategic partners and HR to identify improvement opportunities in our processes and systems and make recommendations and implement these initiatives.Provide in-depth, advanced data analytics referencing multiple sources, both internal systems and third-party systems, of vast amounts of data.
