Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Compensation Management, and HR policy development, preferably in a unionized environment
- Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation analysis, and salary structure design/review
- Proficient in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain compensation, benefits, and HR policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analyses to support pay structure reviews and recommendations
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation, benefits, and HR programs
