Overview

We’re hiring a Compensation Specialist to join a large, complex organization in Edmonton. This role sits within Corporate HR and supports compensation programs across a multi-division, North American workforce. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong compensation experience who enjoys partnering with HR teams, working with data, and operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This role is fully in office in south central Edmonton.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and maintain company-wide compensation programs
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation questions and decisions
  • Participate in annual salary reviews and incentive cycles
  • Complete job evaluations, job documentation, and market pricing
  • Analyze compensation data and trends using Excel
  • Contribute to projects focused on improving compensation processes and practices
