We are hiring for a permanent full‑time Compensation Specialist to join our People and Culture team!

Employment Status: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administer and continuously improve STIP programs: Support the design, modeling, and execution of Short‑Term Incentive Plans (STIP), including eligibility rules, performance measures, payout curves, and governance processes, ensuring alignment to organizational performance, pay‑for‑performance philosophy, and fiscal objectives.
  • Support sales incentive program design and evolution: Partner on the development and refinement of sales compensation programs, including commission structures, quotas, and incentive mechanics, balancing motivation, simplicity, and cost control while aligning to business growth priorities and member outcomes.
