This role serves as an advisor and operational leader, driving the execution and governance of enterprise compensation programs. This role partners with HR and business leaders to develop competitive and compliant compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, while providing data-driven insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to HR team and/or business leader on compensation strategies that reward talent that drives business impact with market competitiveness balanced with cost sustainability for the enterprise.
  • Manage various compensation programs and processes, that include, but are not limited to the annual year-end cycle, pay equity reviews, program enrollments.
