Compensation Operations Analyst
The Compensation Operations Analyst at Millennium will support the firm’s compensation processes, by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payment operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing compensation data, performing data audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment instructions on a global scale. This function requires liaising with other departments such as Trading, Finance, Legal, and will also involve providing support to other HR functions.
They will be hired to support the Compensation team in a variety of areas; particularly focused on providing operational support global one-time payment processing, and the administration of Millennium’s deferred compensation program.
