Manager – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits framework to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and statutory compliance. The role will closely work with HR, Finance, and leadership to support payroll operations and salary structuring initiatives.
