We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Intern to join our global HR team and gain hands‑on experience in reward programs, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation & benefits analysis and management across multiple countries.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and compensation reviews.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain and validate compensation and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate on projects related to HR digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
