-Support the continuous enhancementof compensation & benefits plans by reviewing and updating existing frameworks in line with market benchmarks and evolving business needs.
- Engage with Leaders to implement andmonitorinnovative reward programs that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational success.
-Evaluate potential firm initiatives,with a strong focus onanalysingtheir tax implications. Provide specific consideration for Luxembourg’s cross‑border context, including working from home, working abroad, and third‑country contract arrangements.
-Serve as the trusted subject-matter expertwithin the HR team, offeringexpertiseacross payroll, recruitment, global mobility, and HRBP functions.
