We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits professional to administer employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, process mandatory remittances, maintain records, and respond to employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and overall administration.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintains and updates employee records pertaining to compensation and benefits.
  • Processes billings, reimbursements, and government-mandated benefits such as sickness and maternity claims including monthly mandatory remittances
  • Responds to employee inquiries and resolves concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
