How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Participate in the annual salary and benefits review, conducting benchmarking and providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Assist the Unit & Department Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by internal stakeholders, government agencies, and regional or head offices.

  • Serve as the main contact person for service providers, including healthcare and life insurance providers, retirement trustees, consultants, and drug testing centers.

  • Assist in the administration of the Performance and Compensation Management modules in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution of employee or regional inquiries.

  • Manage vendor contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures set by the General Affairs Department (GAD)
