Job Description
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager in this international company, your job is to ensure that the C&B investment offerings, and governance of each program/plan in Japan meet the Company’s business objectives.
You will set the basic C& B policies as the organization manages its personnel expenses, internal equity and external competitiveness.
