Objectives of the function

Creates value through the coordination of activities related to Compensation and benefits, HRIS, performance management and stakeholders’ communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes.
  • Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services (Business Solution Centre, BSC based in Schindler KL) and JSG C&B to ensure consistent implementation
  • Coordinate with BSC on monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft
  • Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook) review, update and communication to employees, bi-annually where applicable.
  • Lead the annual Company insurance renewal with broker
