Responsibilities
- Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines.
- Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department, and company initiatives and goals.
- Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Creates and conducts training on CNB matters based on established procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
- With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.
- With knowledge in labor laws.
