We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager this role can be based in either Netherlands or Belgium near to one of our GXO Sites, hybrid working applies, to work within the Continental Europe Compensation & Benefits team with the implementation of European Pay Transparency, Global Job Architecture and Benefits optimisation being top priorities for 2025.
