Job Description

Reporting to the Director, APAC Total Rewards, the role will be accountable for the APAC benefits portfolio and compensation for key markets in the region, with a primary focus on Malaysia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits policies and provide a knowledge base to local HR team to support executions and operations.
  • Partner with HR team as compensation and benefits expertise to provide related consultancies and knowledge to people managers.
  • Develop or participate in compensation and benefits surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.
