Compensation and HRIS Manager

• Lead various aspects of the implementation of HR technology solutions, from planning through knowledge transfer, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Gather, clarify and document business requirements for projects, improvements and maintenance initiatives, and analyze impacts from user, process, technology and organizational perspectives.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Talent systems roadmap to identify technological solutions aligned with our organizational objectives and Talent strategy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to advance the digitalization of the employee experience.
• Ensure seamless integration between our Talent ecosystem and the broader Cirque ecosystem.
