We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Classification Specialist to lead the development and implementation of fair, consistent, and competitive compensation systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation design and analysis, with the added ability to support job evaluation and classification work.
This role is a 6‑month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation systems, salary structures, and pay frameworks that align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to support compensation decisions.
- Provide guidance on compensation policies, salary adjustments, and pay administration.
