Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for employees, including the review and validation of timekeeping records, salary computations, and mandatory and authorized deductions.
- Conduct the actual payroll run and ensure the accurate and timely release of employee salaries.
- Prepare and upload payroll files to the company’s designated bank for salary disbursement.
- Generate, distribute, and maintain employee payslips and payroll-related records.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update employee leave records and leave trackers.
- Process and facilitate remittances of government-mandated contributions and benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and withholding taxes.
- Prepare and submit BIR Form 1601-C and other required payroll-related tax reports.
