Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and adjustments. This role manages government mandated remittances and loan reporting while serving as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing personnel concerns and supporting day-to-day employee communications.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits or payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government benefits systems(SSS,Philhealth, Pag-ibig,BIR).
  • Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other HR payroll systems.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
