This position is responsible for supporting the management in making timely and informed Rewards & Compensation decisions.

Provide pragmatic compensation and benefits structure and offer services that meet business needs.
Maintaining the internal equity (Overview of employee vs Industry).
Responsible for Compensation & Benefits related communication to nationwide employees with regards to change in salary & benefits.
Preparation of HR cost budget.
Responsible for designing SOPs to ensure smooth service delivery and process optimization.
Development of HR systems (SAP & ESSP) for continuous process improvement.
Monthly HR dashboard reporting and Quarterly Management Reporting and Analytics.
Ensuring timely and accurate provision of information to management.
Assignment of operational tasks to team members.
Ensure provision of operational support along with effective service delivery through HR functional teams.
