Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst for a 3–6 month contractor engagement. This role is on-site and may require a shifting schedule due to US account support.

You will be responsible for administering, reviewing, and reporting incentive compensation plans (ICPs), as well as supporting the implementation of a SaaS-based Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
