Job Description
•Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, management, and employees to provide day-to-day compensation support and recommendations.•Conduct market research, analyze compensation data, and make recommendations for salary ranges and total compensation packages for current and new employees and ensure the company's compensation strategy is competitive and aligned with industry standards.•Conduct job evaluations by comparing primary duties and minimum qualifications as compared to external market data, regulatory requirements, internal grade, salary structure, and titling conventions.•Ensure compensation data is reliable and accurate in HRIS system•Maintain internal job descriptions library to help with compliance and to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.•Participate in salary and other compensation related surveys; Radford survey experience a plus•Assist with various compensation related programs and audits.•Collaborate with the HR team on special...
