Compensation Analyst II

Job Summary

Under broad supervision, provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. Participants in compensation surveys, coordinate job descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Prepares and monitors merit budget and assists in development of salary ranges.

Education & Experience

• Requires 2 -5 years of experience in the current field of work.
• Requires University degree
• English language required
• Strong skills with Excel usage
• Analytical and mathematical skills
