You will manage the technical nuances of US/Canada total rewards while executing high-impact workforce analytics assignments. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between Indian-based operations and North American regulatory and market standards.

1. North American C&B Operations
- Partnering with Client to analyse the Comp data in terms of Compa ratio. Work with team to recommend pay structures and remedial actions
