Telecon is seeking an energetic, career‑minded professional to join our growing team as a Compensation Advisor.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst will support and participate in all activities related to the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, incentive planning, and pay equity analysis. The role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting a variety of compensation‑related reports and insights to support informed decision‑making.

In addition, the Compensation Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation governance initiatives, job evaluation and market benchmarking, and other compensation‑related projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
