This position involves working as an Independent Contractor, delivering care that meets residents’ psychological, emotional, and social needs. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, using evidence-based practices to support residents’ health, dignity, and autonomy. Your leadership will enhance care coordination within the facility.
