As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals seeking mental health assistance while collaborating closely with the Administrator and Behavioral Health Authority. Your role includes developing daily psychosocial programming and maintaining confidentiality in client interactions. Your professional approach will be vital in ensuring client safety and dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Administrator on resident concerns
• Facilitate daily psychosocial programming sessions
• Document daily psychosocial progress for clients
• Uphold client confidentiality and privacy standards
• Assure dignity and respect are maintained
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or similar field
• Valid Texas Driver's license
• Proven counseling experience
