Our client is an established NFP organisation.
About the Role
Reporting into the CEO, the Company Secretary will play an essential role in ensuring all administrative tasks regarding Board and Committee meetings are fulfilled to a high standard. This individual will be providing advice on governance related matters, with governance experience highly desired. This is a permanent, part-time (0.8) role, however the client is open to full-time if preferred by the candidate. The position is based in the CBD, with flexibility working from home.

- Preparing agendas and papers for Board and Committee meetings
